a woman dont need to learn mma she needs to think just as he is doing and get away as fast as she can. not learn joint locks and arm bar.

Rapists don't box...they wrestle. Therefore it is important for a woman especially to know ground fighting (such as BJJ for example.)

i'll be teaching a womens self defense class at the YMCA soon. i'll use some of these tactics. question; why no groin or inside of thiegh kicks and why no eye jabs? i love the foot stomp though. i teach women to grind there kigh heels down the attackers shin when hugged from behind, head but to nose, heal to groin, step to side and low chop to groin and escape. they love it!

One issue though, most (non trained) girls can't throw a kick like that, a guy will just laugh, because it will not make an impact at all.
