Arm recovery needs work. You are arcing over the top which is probably causing you to overrotate. I would cut down on the rotation which will help you glide better. Also, think of the recovery arm hanging dead from the elbow, instead of stiff and over the top. The fingerdrag drill is a good one that you can use to instill a relax recovery arm with wide tracks.
