04-09 Scissor Effect

This effect was easier than I thought it would be. I sawed off the tips of a pair of scissors and filed the edges so they wouldn't be sharp. I used dress tape to attach them to my leg and then filled in with gelatin and smoothed into the skin with wax. A little make-up, powder and of course blood and all done.

@TaylorSfan1977 They are real scissors with the tips cut off and filed down. It's a special effect for a movie, so no, it did not hurt. There is a video on my page showing how I did it. Thanks for commenting.
