    As a speed? Sure, I guess - in a rough sense. It'd have more relevance if his speed was defined as being relative to another object. If his X-Wing and the Death Star are both moving at a said speed relative to the nearest star, then it's really only the difference between their two velocities that would count. I guess. Maybe?
