1st) i think this is the best of all three films. i like the spino in it, he looks more threatening

and 2nd) uh! no. it did not rip of jaws. sure, it looked that way, but it's not. spinos always had they're fins above water to gain heat so they could be warm while underwater. learn before you say stuff like that.

@crcoghill 1. My main gripe is that the movie essentially killed off the main character of the franchise and tried to insert a new one in it's place. In my opinion the first one had the best story, this one was phoned in.

2. I know the Spinosaur's dorsal spine probably had to do with thermo-regulation but they were primarily land animals. They ate fish but they themselves lived on land. Plus it's weird that the river shifts from deep to shallow. But c'mon the imagery can't be coincidental.

hey reviewer, there's one other part I hoped you would mention. Another plothole: If Hildebrant (the kid's stepfather) is hanging there decomposing on a parachute in a tree...how exactly did he die? Did Eric just run away and the guy starved to death? Did a dinosaur do it? If so, then why did the dinosaur not eat him? Did a raptor just claw him and leave him to bleed to death? Seriously...wtf?

@jmzimmerman1984 In a deleted scene they explain that raptors got to him and, It still makes no sense but I try to keep the reviews as short as possible and that didn't seem as big in the grand scheme of things to elaborate on.

@Visitormassacre Hahahaha nice. And I'm sure that's 100% of the reason people hated the Spino and think T-Rex should have (and even would have) won. Even though the Spino really is the stronger one, T-Rex is named "Rex" for being the better survivor. He traveled as a family, he was a great predator, and he adapted to his surroundings unlike the Spino (who started as a predator/fisher and ended his life as a scavenger, sad). I also love both. The T-Rex didn't die in my imagination as a kid.

i liked the 3rd one all though i will admit it does suck when compared to the first 2 i kinda liked the second one alittle better only because of the action scenes and well more jeff goldblum :P the first one amazing second one a solid sequel third it was watchable!

Uh you do know that this is not the same trex from the first one right? I mean the trex from the first one was brown. this one was green. I also herd rumors that this is the baby trex from "the lost world" now an adult in this one. So the t rex shall live on.

k now time to finish this movie the t rex kills most of the remaning people from the island the last 3 people throw tnt into the t rex they make the t rex follow them and blow him up but it dosent work they take him back to the island set for the 4th movie thanks for reading these comments if you did i always whanted to make a movie about dino's this might be my best idea and i would name this movie jurassic park 3 - the comeback like the title someday i might just make this bye commenters

i would make the step father live until a the rex slaps the step father and kills him next the t rex breaks a wall and gets knocked out then gets took to a musem (cant spell sorry) wakes up breaks the glass kills every one in the musem breaks out goes into a random streat destroys some cars with his tail ZOMG surprise the spino is back in the end brawl the humans shoot there damn guns dosent work the t rex gets some more kills and the spino kills a few people but in the end the t rex wins 1 more

if i made this movie i woulda added the spino made him die by the BEAST t rex theni woulda done this i woulda kept hte old raptors removed the jaws rip off and would make the t rex use his tail to kill someone you never see that =( then i would kill the raptors and egg scenes and make the spino come back for a brawl to the death the raptors would help and kill the spino i would make the step father until i finish this coment in a sec
