  • Can't we all just get along??? LOL!!!

  • Odd thing about NBC from this era is it had so many shows that are now classics. family ties, alf, facts of life taxi, Cheers, St. Elsewhere, ect ect. How bad the network performed you would think it had nothing, but it was full of great programing. It only lacked a hit. Cosby show gave NBC that, but the other great shows allowed NBC to flourish to #1, because they became hits

Today NBC doesn't have that. It has the office, and a few other decent shows. Cosby alone couldn't make them #1 today.

  • At this point, NBC should have a campaign called "Please Watch Us at Least One Night a Week or We'll Kill Your Dog!" LOL

  • This is when i used to love TV so many memory's thanks

  • Cool that they used the snake logo in this promo!

  • @timhomer2009 It's John Candy in the well-known Monster Chiller Horror Theater movies that Count Floyd hosted on SCTV (it was reffered to as SCTV 90 on NBC). To simulate the 3-D imagery, the characters would hold random things and move the item foward to the screen.

  • in 1983, the Seven Network Australia borrowed this campaign as "Just Watch Us Now".

  • 1982-83 Season

    CBS was "Great Moments"

NBC was "Just Watch Us Now"

    ABC was "Come on Along"

  • @NitroProxio NBC had long been the red headed stepchild of the 3 networks up until that point.A lot of CBS' long-running sitcoms and series had come to an end in 1985 just when NBC were gaining steam.

  • NBC you'll love us...oh yea! Definitely!!

  • no thanks, CBS has the shows i watch

  • David Buskin
