Why does anyone have any right to dictate what a person does to their own body? If someone wants to royally fuck themselves up on drugs, then it's their choice -- and as long as they don't hurt anybody else in the process, there is no reason why it should be demonized

@assholeroundeye Well if it's your personal preference that's a completely different thing. Then it's just a matter of opinion. But in terms of safety, weed trumps alcohol. Plus weed is more of a spiritual enhancer, whereas alcohol just intoxicates. But hey, if you prefer to be drunk knock yourself out.

ANY drug abuse is bad. Pot also. Okay, it's not bad for your health, but there are many potheads that have no goal in life other than to get high. It doesn't enlighten them, because their head is empty anyway, it has no positive effect on them. Alcohol is the same - it's good when you're not abusing it.

@Nogarkhaz Well that's a statement about a specific kind of person, not about a "drug". I have many friends who abuse it every night and go to work every day and if you know people who aren't getting positive effects from cannabis, then slap them for me, cos they've missed the point of using it. ty.
