One of the best tracks from a brilliant album. Just THE best lyrics, speaks of thousands of people who get scared to death when they realise they are falling in love but don't believe the other person could ever feel the same way about them, so the best thing to do is back away to avoid the disappointment.

you're all my kind of people. i hate my friends. they're so boring. they have no regard for the quirky or weird.....i fucking hate that. just coz im not a robot like them wandering around trying to be like everyone else, they all think im fucked up in the head. but honestly, im proud to say that people like brandon flowers, nick cave, john grant, neil tennant, bernard sumner, the Gallagher brothers etc etc....have shaped who i am. besides, id prefer to be weird than boring :)
