  • Anything Larry Potterfield advises, well, thats the way it is :) I just learned more from him in 90 seconds than watching 30 minute videos of folks stumbling through the cleaning process!! I trust midweay USA for good products, as well as advise. Oh yes... thanks for you business:)

  • MY OPINION, IF YOU NEED ADVICE ON A FIREARM, LARRY POTTERFIELD IS THE MAN TO ASK AT MIDWAY U.S.A. MICKEY J.

  • I think it is kinda calming to clean your firearms. If I have the resources, I try to wear latex gloves to avoid any unnecessary exposure from the solvent/oil. If patches aren't readily available, I can find some old socks or a under shirt, and cut it to my exact preference. But I believe if you just get a gun cleaning kit, and give it a good cleaning, it will be okay. It is hard to get a hold of the screwdrivers and whatnot a gunsmith has. As long as it is clean, you should be good to go.

  • I guess Im doing something right because thats exactly how I clean my 686 :)

  • very simple and informative
