It's so unfair how she died at such a young age. But this just reminds us that we need to live each day to the fullest 'cause life can be unpredictable. RIP Brittany. We miss you! :)

I was reading some of the comments. 1st off I love Brittany , however I believe she died of an overdose, not pneumonia. When you take opiates (which were found in her system) they suppress your respitory system (your lungs and breathing). When you overdose, people start to have seizures and foam while they are unconscious, choking on the foam, letting fluid into the lungs - which is pneumonia

@themonicateresa Nope, that's what most people think. But I'm pretty sure there was an autopsy as well as other proof that she had pneumonia. The pills that she was taking lowered her immune system, and she had no idea she had pneumonia when she got it (probably thought it was the flu or a cold...this happens more than you'd think). If she had gone to the doctor earlier she might have survived.

@EzArE13 She got pneumonia. Which supposedly snuck up on her because she was taking sleeping pills or something at the time.
