Iran to allow nuke inspection. Will it cool the West?

Tehran will grant access to inspectors from the International Atomic Energy Agency to its recently revealed second nuclear facility within the next few weeks.
The pledge was made, along with a number of other concessions, at a meeting between Iran and the five permanent members of the UN Security Council plus Germany.
