Musica Pacifica at their 2010 Berkeley Early Music Festival concert entitled "Dancing in the Isles". Pieces included are "The Temple Anticke" by Anonymous; "La Volta" by William Byrd (c.1543-1623); another Anonymous piece "Cuperaree or Graysin"; and "The Fairey Masque" by Robert Johnson (c.1583-1633). Berkeley City Club, June 12, 2010.
Judith Linsenberg, recorder; Elizabeth Blumenstock, violin;
David Morris, viola da gamba; Charles Sherman, harpsichord
with special guests Robert Mealy, violin; Charles Weaver, theorbo/guitar; and Peter Maund, percussion

  • Yes, I missed you and did not know that you just played in Pittsburgh this year. I am guessing that it was a performance sponsored in part by the Renaissance & Baroque Society of Pittsburgh that I have just started attending. There is always another time, and I will be watching for it. Thanks again!
