We are preparing a uncooked (raw) and cooked vegetarian version of Fried Rice.
Raw "Fried" Rice ingredients:
1/2c frozen peas (thawed)
1/2 head of cauliflower (grated)
a handful of sprouts
1/2c chopped mushrooms
1/2 shredded carrot
green onions
olive oil
soy sauce
celery
sea salt
Vegetarian fried rice ingredients:
1 bag of Uncle Ben's long grain and wild rice
sprouts
frozen peas/carrots
green onions
soy sauce
Appling fresh aloe vera gel on fruits and veggies will make them last longer. Also keeping a quatz crystal in the fridge will also help your food last longer.
