@UrukEngineer - Nothing justifies murder - of abortion doctors or babies. Because of US's freedom of speech we can speak our disapproval of abortion, but the Bible clearly says anger never results in righteousness.

@lastblast7 And yet the Christian's of America do condone these Murders en mass...

@fwfassett And where are the "True" Christians when the Abortion doctor is murdered? When the Muslim baby is incinerated with a weapon paid for with said Christian Tax dollars? Where is the outrage? where is the Cry? Where?
“All that is necessary for the triumph of evil is that good men do nothing.”
Edmund Burke
Every time I hear a Rick Santorum or Newt Gingrich espouse to the tongue wagging crowd their love of "God" I wait for a retort from those that truly do love God.. but it never comes

@lastblast7 There is no "Sinless" life.. The purest of Evangelical thumpers seem blissfully oblivious to the suffering of children, paid for with their tax dollars. They engage in theological academics, and self-righteous tirades about "Gods will" as they in the exact moment say that no one can possibly understand God? Imperfect men, touting a perfect God, while cursing their brothers and sisters for being unemployed, Homeless, Lazy etcetcetc... The entire Evangelical Movement is False and Evil

@tdharmon3 - God is not "wanting" to give salvation to people provided they meet the condition of faith. Christ paid for the sins of His sheep (John 10:11). Not all are His sheep (John 10:26). Christ's work got the job done - "For by one offering he hath perfected forever them that are sanctified." (Heb 10:14) It is by HIS obedience that he saves his people - "For as by one man's disobedience many were made sinners, so by the obedience of ONE shall many be made righteous." (Rom 5:19)
-
@PhysStud2006 - God cannot commit murder. Hath not the potter power over the clay? (Rom 9:21)
-
@lastblast7 - Jesus Christ did not come into the world in order to give everyone a CHANCE for salvation. The bible never states that salvation is by CHANCE, it says that salvation is by GRACE. (Eph 2:8-9) The bible says that "he SHALL save his people from their sins." (Matt 1:21). The gospel is the good news that he got the job done (I Cor 2:14) accompanied by the assurance that those who believe it have everlasting life (John 3:16).

The problem with Piper in evangelicalism is that he believe that in the new birth "God's role is decisive and man's role is ESSENTIAL" (Finally Alive). God's work in the new birth is immediate and does not require the gospel preaching of Piper or any other evangelical to get the job done. NO ONE in this life loves the Lord the way they should. Mercifully the salvation of God's people is based not on the size of our love for Him, but on the efficacy of His love for us. (Rom 8:32)

Most "evangelicals" are free will arminiams, teaching a works based salvation, that is why they do foolish things like flail around and pretend to be speaking in tongues. Since when did we stop calling ourselves Protestants and started calling ourselves "evangelicals", catholics are "evangelicals" as well, it is time we drop the term "evangelical" and start calling ourselves PROTESTANTS once more.
@UrukEngineer Have you read the Hadiths? Have you read the writings of Islamic historians? Muhammad most certainly DID kill many people, mostly Jews, but also those who he viewed a threat to him. Jesus never killed anyone. To the contrary, he taught AND PRACTICED, Love...mercy...forgiveness---even to His own detriment. Those who murder others in Islam are merely following their leader, Muhammad. Those who kill in the name of Christianity are NOT following Jesus, but their own sinful flesh.

@UrukEngineer - Peacefully demonstrating outside abortion clinics is OK. Attacking anyone for any reason is not OK. Killing any human being (made in the image of God) is murder. Christianity does not make anyone do anything but love. Stop spouting claims for which you have no proof. It sounds like you have never met a true Christian. Read John if you want to know what Jesus said.
