ok people,i had this shit soo bad yesterday and it was litteraly hell, i was crying and jumping all over the place, GO GET SOMEBODY TO GO TO ANY PHARMACY AND BRING BACK FOR YOU "DERMOPLAST SPRAY" get ur salf a coat every three hours,it will fade away the itch no the point where u will forget u had it,I PROMISE THIS WORKS, THUMBSUP IT IT HELPS

I found it to be relieving to take a hot shower , but then after you're out of it , for about 10-15 minutes it starts again... Also i've been told not to get into hot baths because the skin will dehydrate even more ... But what the fuck am I supposed to do? God kill me

1. Run aloe Vera all over the itch keep doing that and don't use your nails use your hand keep rubbing for like 10 minutes

2. Take a cool shower and wash it off

3. Buy "dermoplast" at walmart etc for 9.99 it has no sting it is not cold it helps itch and sunburn and antibacterial with aloe vera

4. Spray it don't use the hole can spray it on your itch and burn then but a shirt on a tight one on like a polo

5. Wait about a minute and it should be gone.

6. When ever you feel the itch starting

Heres what you do, go get in a warm shower, and SLOWLY make it hotter and hotter. The skin is healing and wont be damaged, and the heat wont cause pain at this point. IT DOES WORK!!!

This is the worst shit in the world. It WILL make you fall to your knees and make you completely useless, you can do nothing but lay there, or start pacing frantically while grinding your teeth and crying.
