To the person who asked where the bit at 2.36 came from: I am so sorry I hit remove comment instead of approve by accident. That clip was from series 10 episode 2, amphibious cars part 2.

I'm a Top Gear fan but there are bits on here that I'm sure weren't in the final cut of the programmes?! (ie Hammond getting covered in sand) Is this because they cut bits out for the repeats on Dave? I know the `back to the future' music was taken off an episode of series 10 for Dave.

Yes, they cut huge chunks out on Dave because they have to fit the adverts in. They tend to cut out the funniest bits for some reason.
