How To: Make Mini-Gravel Siphon

Using regular gravel siphon (even small gravel siphon) took too much water out of small tank really fast without much time to get all the debris.

So I went ahead and show you how to make one for your small fish tank under 5 gallon or less or fry tank.

I was able to get most of the debris out of the tank with only 1.5 gallon of water loss.

Tips: You can just start a suction by giving a little suck at the end of the air line to get things started faster.

Following my Drip Kit video, it should be familiar.

Please use a plastic clip to hold air line to waste bucket.

@VhankLein your tank has to be higher than the bucket that waste water is going in..thus creating a gravity pull that pulls the water from the tank into the bucket

that's awesome ill make on for my guppy tank since i keep sucking up fry but it'll take a long time to siphon the tank since its a 29 gallon
