All her notes are clear and sharp and the high and low notes are perfectly even. The best performance of this aria for me.

@fiercejarret I think Grace was able to sing both mezzo and soprano, roles very well, her Salome, Venus,Gioconda, Abigaille,Lady MacBeth,Tosca, Aida,Santuzza, Bess,were every bit as good as her Eboli,Amneris, Carmen. I found the lady to be a singer of the highest artistry. Bumbry was high stakes, she was never timid always bold and flamboyant in her career, and most of the time she got it right and did it great. I admire her courage and guts as much as her talent,class and style.

Love the colorful costumes! Those veils...Bumbry's dress is gorgeous. She has always been a terrific Eboli. Bumbry is louder and heavier here because this was at the Theatre Antique D'Orange, an outdoor amphitheater in France, notorious for strong winds that blow right on stage. The sound is quite good and Bumbry is in great vocal shape. It sounds absolutely beautiful.
