    an absolute classic, wonderful yoga practice, one I return to time and again. They released this on DVD in 2003 but it was limited. Now it's upwards of $150 to buy, even on amazon! I hope the release this again, few DVDs are this lovely and pure.

    Best yoga video I've ever seen. I just love it. From Eric's soothing voice and the students' beautiful poses to the amazing music that accompanies you to that meditative state. LOVE IT

    I started doing this in 1996 on VHS and bought it on DVD as soon as it came out. I still haven't found a yoga DVD to match it. Beautiful music matches and enhances the poses.

    The routine pushes you just enough to feel that after glow but then calms it down and stretches you out finishing with a short but really beautiful and effective meditation.

    the VHS are easier to find, but given the popularity of the video they should release the DVDs again for folks who don't have one. So glad I snapped one up when I did!

    My favorite yoga video ever as well. The music is amazing and I do believe it is "Dead Can Dance" with Lisa Gerrard.
