REALLY?? :D that's fascinating...awww...now I feel like it that dialect would sound so ugly...being tainted by the schwa....

The schwa is very common in southern Italy, in Campania for example.

Possibly in the northern dialects that border France, although the development of the schwa (that's what it's called) in any Italian dialect would be absolutely striking....the language has such pure vowels...I mean there are sooo many Italian mini dialects but even there I highly doubt it.

I learned something from this: Italian has no 'ə' sound. But probably in some regions they do use that sound.
