@thatguyyoudontfeel As far as I know! Bethesda Softworks who made the Elder Scrolls series made me want this! It's Oblivion post nuclear apoc. AWESOMENESS. I hope in the upcoming Fallout games there is a premium edition, where you get to control the Pip Boy, with a pipboy on your actual wrist! THAT WOULD BE BEAST!

Actually if you have game of the year edition you wake up 2 weeks later and play the second main questline called broken steel. THEN you can explore as you please
