スズキ・GSX-R（ジーエスエックス-アール）とは、スズキが製造しているオートバイのシリーズ車種である。

1984年、4ストローク直列4気筒エンジンを搭載したGSX-R（排気量398cc）が発売され、以降はレーサーレプリカ車種として排気量別に数車種が生産された。なお­現在は海外市場向けの大型自動二輪車（600cc、750cc、1000cc）が販売されている。
GSX-R1100は1986年に発売され、750と同じコンセプトの車体設計により、車重を197kgまで軽くすることに成功した。130馬力のパワーは当時のTT-F­1マシンと同等とも謳われた。FZR1000・ZZR1100などのライバルに対抗するため、1988年にリアホイールの幅を拡大、1989年に排気量拡大、1991年に­ロッカーアームの変更をはじめとした改良がほぼ毎年のように加えられていたが、1993年には前年の750同様水冷エンジンを搭載することになった。155馬力エンジンは­当時最強のパワーを誇ったが車重は230キロを超えるものとなってしまった。

その後は1995年に10キロ軽量化の改良をうけ、98年までカラーチェンジをしながら生産された。排気量や車格から言うのであればハヤブサが後継とも見て取れるが、ハヤ­ブサはハイスピードツアラーであるためGSX-Rシリーズとの位置づけが異なる。

It has become the one to exceed car heavy 230 kilos though 155-horsepower engine boasted of the strongest power at that time.

The improvement of lightening ten kilos was undertaken in 1995 afterwards, and it was produced while doing Cararchenge until 98 years. The falcon is different the location with the GSX-R series is different from the succession because the falcon is Haispedotsarar though it is possible to perceive if it says from the displacement and the car case.

  • I had this same model back home in Australia. I bought it brand new and it went like a bat out of hell. I had many fine memories outrunning the police on my old Gixxer :-)
