Good breaks. never seen a white belt break before lol. just noticed a white belt breaking with front punch

I remember back in the day when only green belt up could break.

You are a fool for making such a comment.

If you had any MA experience or knowledge you would know that these were not competition power breaks because they simply doing a few breaks in class - for the higher ranks fun breaks so to speak.

If you don't have any knowledge it's best to keep quiet and learn from those that know something about MA training.
