  • I've been in the business almost 20 years, here in Virginia. What we deliver to the realtors and banks is called a Wood Destroying Infestation report. It doesn't matter if they eat the wood, its whether or not they're destructive to it, and we do report carpenter bee, ants, as well as other wood booring beetles.

  • I am a CPO in Florida. Technically carpenter bees and carpenter ants are not wood destroying organisms and don't have to be reported, as they do no eat wood. That's in Florida, may be different in your state. You did not mention wood rot, which is a wood destroying organism, wood destroying fungi.

  • Idont know mike,,im not sure if I would let this dude in my basement to look for my mud tubes. Sounds kinda gay.

  • That was riveting. Please let me know when the next one is going to be released to the public.
