Chase is awful. They took over WaMu and immediately became a nasty, greedy, shady bank that earned the ire and contempt of my wife & I. My pay goes to a military credit union that treats its customers with respect. Why would anyone use Chase? Their fees and rates are insulting. Shop around.

THE COMMERCIAL IS DECEIVING. There's too many fees to pay in all accounts! I hate this bank and would like perhaps Regions Bank or HSBC to buy the former WaMu branches instead. After 6 months of being with them, I'd say that they're LEGALLY ROBBING me- though I just had $500 for starters, they take $6 if I don't make 6 purchases via ATM, or make one direct deposit per month. I will never bank there again!
