This school makes me proud and I wish I could be in that one. Not in Cupertino High School in California. They did not allow us to express ourselves vs. Westboro baptist church. My school sickened me. Good job Gunn High School! :D

This is amazing, I am so thankful that in this world, people like these exist, people who are so willing to help the cause. Because seriously, I live in the Bay Area and this is something great.

Beautiful, I cries I wish I went to this school with all my heart. I have never seen such a accepting loving school my school is wonderful to but its very dark, gang activity, bullying etc. My school is tough and to go to a place SO accepting would make me feel wonderful <3

@tlwright309 You do realize that your school is known for your repeated anti-semetic incidents... Try bring some of your "support" back to your classmates and you might lose that bad rep.

@TheClassicalPolitico I totally agree with you! Even though I'm not religious at all (I'm not sure whether I am able to fully categorize myself under "Agnostic", but I'm definitely not Atheist) and I really hope I don't offend anyone by saying this but...who really cares if God hates gays or not? Just because God hates something doesn't mean that we have to hate it as well. This concept applies to not only God, but our peers as well.

but you havent read the bibble, i used to say the same until i read it all, actually what they say of god its more real based on the bibble, because in the bibble hes sexist, racist, loves slaves kills millions of innocents, drowns babies and its homophobic...it took me a while to realize that i really dont beliieve in christianity anymore..i call myself an agnostic

The WBC is shooting themselves in the foot when they do these protests, because it only makes people detest them more. In a weird and twisted way, Westboro "church" is actually helping the GLBT population gain acceptance, because people (who sometimes are blind to the existing homophobia in our culture) suddenly wake up and smell the bigotry. Most people thankfully can't stand bigotry, and realize how important it is to fight back.
