Muslims for Peace at Rally To Restore Sanity - Washington D.C.

October 30, 2010, Members of the Ahmadiyya Muslim Community attended the Rally to Restore Sanity and/or Fear in Washington, DC to promote the Muslims for Peace Campaign. Due to the size of the event, only a few participants were captured on camera, while around 15-20 members were actively passing out the flyers. The campaign was a huge success, we passed out around 3,000 flyers in total. Thanks to all that participated and all those who came over to greet/thank us!.

I think you are doing good work and encourage to go out and spread your message at more events. For so long I have heard "Why don't the Muslims speak out against the terrorists," and I finally have proof to show them that you do! It is sad that society requires you to go out and prove yourself in this way, but I do believe that America could do well to see more of you. Best wishes and good luck!
