Greeting citizens of the United States and fellow Anons.

For too long our representatives have continually worked against our interests, working instead for companies and private entities who fund their campaigns. We intend to change this. We will hold Congress accountable. In every stage of these Oppressions, We have Petitioned for Redress in the most humble terms: Our repeated Petitions have been answered only by repeated injury.

This message is an immediate call for a day of action. We are calling on all Anons to continually blackout usa.gov from July 4th until the People ratify Direct Democracy Policy on November 5th.

Our new system, Idea Vote, to be unveiled in Phase 3 of OpBlackout, will give every American a voice. No longer will we have to worry about another Sopa, NDAA, Cispa or other similar bills which strip us of our freedom. If our representatives cast their votes against the will of the people, they will be removed from their positions under charges of treason.

This is just the beginning. We will remind them that Governments derive their powers from the consent of the governed, and whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government. It is time to take our future, our children's future, back into our hands. When the people fear the government, there is Tyranny, but when the government fears the people, there is Liberty.

To the United States government, you should've expected us.

True, but that does not mean it was a failure. On Jan 18th, with months of planning and the backing of large corporations, millions of people visited the site and caused it to crash. In less than one week, enough people visited the site to significantly slow it down. This showed the government that many people are still paying attention and we want change for the better. It also got the word out about Phase 3. That was the main purpose of Phase 2.

I am an artist, not a hacker. If people choose to take such actions, than that's their choice. From what I've heard, it reveals your IP address and you're likely to end up in jail. I don't promote illegal activites, I educate and encourage others to exercise their constitutional rights.

Roblox is mainly a childrens game website. The majority of people who use that site have no interest in this kind of thing as they are too young to care. The spreading of this anywhere is good but i would suggest somewhere else in the future.
