Well I knew the Sacred Band Hoplites could overpower my Silver Shields (like Spartans can), so I decided to use Epaminondas' tactics at Leuctra and Mantinea and increased the ranks of my phalanx on the left. This way, I have an advantage over his hoplites by superior pushing power and a numerical advantage so they don't get cut down.

hey guy really liked your video, but just one thing, i didn't understand the sense of advancing in such a huge formation with your hoplites in place of a long line. so, why you did that?
