Updated video from the last. Took in feedback and have been practicing alot. There are some little mess ups with tempo in the solo, mostly just concentration errors. Its all improv. The drum is a 14" Yamaha SFZ with Evans Hyrbrid top and bottom heads. Camera quality isn't great, that's why the drum sounds like a pile. Let me know what you think. I'm currently a Sophomore in High School. Thanks

Work on your left hand. (Unless you already have) But don't cup your either. As someone stated, & Another thing.. when you play a drum. Don't just play on the drum.. but play THROUGH the drum. You wanna hear the drum be played through. Not just on top of it.? Hopefully it makes sense! Other than that, keep workin on it & you'll be fine bro.:)

@jukebox1322 Ha no problemo man! It should make drumming alittle bit easier on your arms now that your wrist is turned at a confortable angle!

Cool stuff. Be sure not to rush during more complex parts. For instance, after 0:44, you were off to the races but still, good work buddy

@jukebox1322 Your palm is never facing up when playing traditional.Imagine if it were to rain and your palm was facing up,you collect water because it would act as a cup.If you turn your left hand at more of a downward angle, the water would flow right through at an angle.
Best way to describe it to you...put your left arm out like you're shaking someones hand.Thats how your hands should look playing traditional
