Dr Conrad Murray Sentencing - Sentenced to Four 4 Years in Jail

Conrad Murray, the doctor convicted of involuntary manslaughter in the death of Michael Jackson, was sentenced to four years imprisonment, the maximum punishment the judge could deliver. The sentencing came nearly three weeks after a jury found Murray guilty of administering Jackson with a fatal dose of the powerful sedative Propofol on June 25, 2009. "Some may feel that this was a medical malpractice case. It wasn't. And this jury found that Conrad Murray, with criminal negligence, caused the death of Michael Jackson," Judge Michael Pastor said before revealing the sentence. "The fact is, Michael Jackson died because of the actions of, and the failures to perform legal duties on the part of, Conrad Murray."

@Hero87 True..but ..if it is ever proven..and they arrest the right person....then they will have a trial and hopoefully convict the right person for First Degree Murder.,,,,,,.and Conrad Murray is already working on his appeal for manslaughter. And I hoipe someone in the legal department is working on a reprimand for the judge. My opinion is he needs some classes for professional conduct in the courtroom. I have never seen a judge behave like that!!!! Never!!!!

Lately, no one really seems to cares. As with everyone, people have their own life to live and they move on. People see someone die on tv and say, ohh that sucks or awww that is sad.... and then it is back to business as if nothing happened.
