Nice video. I'm new to linux. can you make a tutorial on how to install tar.gz files? I downloaded smile-10.tag.gz file from sourcefourge. Extracted using tar -zxvf smile-10.tag.gz. After that I don't know what to do. There's no readme file on the folder smile.
