  • You and Tony looked like twins in that picture lol your super sonic X fit my man!! Got me fired up to kick it into gear! Starting week 2 tomorrow and beginning the clean up of my diet so that my body ends up looking as rock solid as yours.

    Just focus on form in the beginning and don't worry so much about rep count. You will start feeling stronger, the reps will increase, and you will see the changes in your body.

    haha, sounds exactly like me. First time through P90X I did 2 months then stopped. Started it again Jan 2011 after finishing college, took it seriously and got solid results. Moved to insanity (which sucked), and now in my last week P90X/Insanity hybrid which is the best in my opinion so far. Dude you can definitely do it. As corny as it is, the catch phrase "do your best, forget the rest" is something you have to keep in mind.

  • @pbfit4life Thanks for the tip man! Yea thats usually what I do is cardio then muscle workouts but I usually dont feel fatigued, mainly because I'm still in my prime I guess, I'm only 19 so that might have something to do with it. But I'll take your tip to heart.

  • @pbfit4life my quitting isn't just because I've tested and didn't work, its because I was already working out every day and on diet...of course I've lost some pounds,but when I saw p90x I thought this was I was missing and that would correct my fitness exercises moves and speed up the burn. At least I learnt more moves to burn.my body need way more time to get leaner. And now I got more stomach acid too with p90x I guess.and I've read some people too...now my esophagus is in bad state..Cheers!!!
