they ain't have quality recordings. and they ain't have the best mixing boards compared to what we have now. but the sounds that i hear based on what they used to get the sound they have is, to me, brilliant. like i said you need a serious system in your car when you play this music. what other type of musics out there where you need to change your whole car audio just feel like your doing the music justice...

man MOST of the recordings back then have beautiful quality mixes. i have to get a heavier sound system in my car cause of these musics. i think your ears don't hear wha i'm hearin...

its a shame Jamaica's technology was so primitive back in the 60's. Imagine this song recorded with each instrument on its own mic.
