Root Chakra Meditation (Muladhara)

Best if done with headphones!

I decided to make videos on each individual chakra with some information and the track for you to meditate too.

I will be posting the next in a few days or maybe even a week. I am working up from the root, only because a strong foundation is important when working with chakras.

I hope some of you are able to benefit from this. Guided meditations really helped me out in the beginning, and I loved these tracks.. I could really feel the results.

What's the best way to learn meditation? I think I'm in great need of it.

@Gurra88 There really is no "best" way, it's different for everyone. When I first started I used a lot of guided meditations to help with my breathing and such. I personally love visualization and music. But everything is a form of meditation, even just simply cleaning the house. The key is to be in the moment.

@eroeclasico I have actually been thinking of remaking all of the chakra meditation videos. It will take me some time though, I will be sure to make an announcement on my page when I begin to do so. ;)

I was actually about to meditate to this, but I would have to read the words to do so....Is it possible for you to make a vid with spoken words???....after all, you do have such a pleasant voice :) ( 7+4) (2+9)

You don't need the words to meditate to this. I included information about each chakra in the videos to give it a 'dual' effect. You can either meditate to the music or learn about each one. ;)

I love your work and believe in working on all seven chakras daily for cleansing and balancing. I was wondering if you know anything about 8th to 12th chakras. I've been searching and found very little and what I did find, well, each person said something different about them, colour wise and their purpose. Thanks for sharing your work.
