@Budafinga weell, I don't really know - how many times the population of France is that of the U.S.? I don't think it's about the numbers though, it must be a cultural thing. Blues is about everything US culture despises and teaches you not to be. Incidentally, those are all of the things actual culture - art - comes from.

@metyuewb plus in the U.S. there wasn't much of a market for him to thrive.. lets face it, those of us who love the blues are far and few in the commercial world... sad
