Fluttershy Walking Animation

Fluttershy from My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic, created as a 3D model in Blender, by myself. This is a simple animation done by me, when she walks.
The animation is not perfect, and I could try to fix it somehow, any ideas?

But as for now, enjoy.

This is the same 3D model and an updated version of the animation (also, now she has wings).

The room, which should look like the Library, is also made by me. Every single book, created by me, colored, rotated, shaped, took some time to fix.

she is walking to slow XD and her flank is being stretched to far. Hair doesn't have a very good texture ethier.

it may have been pointed out already, but ponies as well as horses and other such similar critters when walking make 2 step movements much like we do but using opposite legs in unison, front right with back left and front left with back right. been around cows and horses more than i care for and that was the first thing i noticed, that and the character model does look great. good work overall

biggest issue i think is floating hooves as commented b4

and i think the speed/pace of the pony is inconsistent with the movement of the pony, its like they're moon walking or walking on air or something. their legs are moving, but they aren't going anywhere, its odd. maybe make a ruler or something on the ground, something to help synchronize the speed of the pony by movement of legs. Still doing all this stuff is pretty sick.
