The Bose system provides both great sound, small size and a fast setup with very few cables to plugin.

This setup concists of a Bose L1 model 2 with two sub, an L rack containing a Mackie 1202 mixer, Fantom XR sound module, TC Voiceworks hamonizer and a Power Conditioner. The mic is an Audix OM-7 and the guitar gear is a Highway 1 Strat with GK-3 pickup through a Roland VG-88 version 2. Backing Midi files are played with an IBM X32 laptop using Showplay software.

  • Just one question, what's the mic for if you didn't sing? Ok, later on you had a family party in the kitchen. ;) I'm considering buying a quick to mount and light system. This may be it.

No kidding, nice video. Thanks. Thumbs up.

  • @antoniocarloscoimbra I do sing, I just didn't do it at this setup test.

  • is one sub enough or do you need a 2nd one....i'm going to be running a back track, like you.

    thanks

  • @novanine9: One sub is enough up to about 150 person rooms, larger than that and you need two. Wehn you place them on top of each other they play loudest, if that's too much I place them on each side of the stick for slightly less output

  • Can you make a sound quality video test ........ like music playing through the speakers

  • @silvas121212: The sound you hear is recorded with the video camera in the room

  • Well I hope you get a commission from Bose! LOL I'm sold. You're doing "almost" the same thing I am. I also have and play keys. Yamaha stage piano driving a Yamaha XS Rack, SONAR (for MIDI track playback), VG88, Brian Moore Guitar with built in GK3, Line 6 POD for Analog Guitar, PreSonus 16.0.2, Digitech Vocalist Live, Shure Beta 87-A, MOTU MIDI Express 8x8. I have 4 Mackie Thumps (15), 2 mon, 2 front and a Mackie 1801 sub. Takes 45 minutes to set up. This looks and sounds much better. Thanks!

  • Hi, thanks to this ( and other vids ) i went out and bought this system + T1. I sold all my back breaking gear, and used the money to buy this. Thanks for your assistance in helping me make the leap. Having used it now for about two weeks, I´m trading in all my bass gear for 4 B1s, and will use the Bose excusively for the different bands i work in, from full blown Genesis and ProgRock cover band, to my Scottish trad band. ( bagpipes/ fiddles ) This thing has got the lot covered. Thanks.

  • @EnmandsBand1 - thanks for the reply...good to know.

og tak for vidioen selvom længe siden den blev lagt på..
