Quite a different scene than last year. Or most years for that matter. More children (yes children - can someone explain this to me?), cold & rainy, more 'violent' (moshing, slam dancing, body surfing), more weedsmoke in air, and the addition of available beer which was a first! (the suds i can accept, the potsmoke? was annoying after a while - whaddya gonna do?). Cops riding new upright scooters was a first too. Shows you how much money the NU police department has. I also want to know what was done to the ground to prevent the mudswamp that resulted two years ago. Some new soil technology?
Although the other performers were great, Peter Björn and John had no nigga this, and no f**k that. PB&J were awesome. They're the kind of performers that NU should have headline every year. Like Guster did last year - a fine job. Just all around good vibe music to groove to. Oh also...could someone message me with an explanation as to why neon clothing is prevalent every year at dillo day?? Please stop wearing said garb.

Nice vid. This was the first year I went to Dillo Day and I thought PB&J were awesome too. Definitely one of the best of the day. I agree about the kids, moshing and pot smoke. It was a little obnoxious. But I was at the front the whole time so it wasn't too bad.
