The story of Winky, a feral cat in southeastern Pennsylvania illustrates the problem of over population of cats. A local cat rescue organization and veterinarian explain how the process of Trap-Neuter-Return or "TNR" is an effective technique to humanely reduce the population of homeless cats and improve the lives of stray and feral felines.

  • Excellent video! Thank you.

  • I took in an adult, stray female cat who turned out later on to be FIV positive. She never got the disease & never passed it on to her house-mate. She lived to be 17 y/o, the sweetest kitty I've ever had.

  • you are such good persons to help these poor critters without homes. nature can be so unkind, unlike yourselves.
