please visit www.DOCUFANS.com and c1ick an a.d. to support the site Documentary investigating what took place in the Soviet city of Leningrad after Russian troops emerged victorious at the end of a grueling 900-day siege by the Germans during World War Two. In spite of the army's success, Stalin executed the war heroes who gave their all during the campaign and imprisoned their families. This program uses classified documents and survivors' testimonies to piece together events in an attempt to explain the Russian dictator's reasons for the massacre.

  • this is just fucking retarded propaganda. Maybe the brits should make a documentary about the British soldiers who served under Hitler. Stalin killed 10000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000 people and americans and the rest of the eurofags and great capitalism saved the world!

  • @annaA4453 Correct,Hitler back stabbed stalin.

  • The role of the USSR in WWII is so contradicting.

Brave people whom defended their motherland and are worthy of respect and admiration and detestable leaders that deserved to be hanged publicly.

  • fuck russophobes

  • Back in the mid 1970's, when I was a young man and first studying history I read a book about the siege of Leningrad. It touched me deeply and still does to this day. What those people had to suffer is unimaginable here in the USA. They are strong, good people.

I've always partially blamed Stalin for their tribulations. Stalin had too much of his focus on Moscow, Stalingrad and the Caucuses. The North seemed kind of forgotten. Had I been trapped at Leningrad I would have felt betrayed.

  • @79Testo it's St Petersburg again now. i think peter the great named it and moved the russia capital there.

  • Does Leningrad exist till this day?

  • Stalin was just trying to protect the land and not to give up.

  • Stlalin din not attack Germany. On the contrary! He did nor start the war

  • This is horrible that so many people have forgotten all the horrible things made and ordered by Hitler during and before the war and the jewish and the roma and other genocides!
