  • @undernoverit Is pulling air from the outside.

  • Are you pulling fresh air from inside or outside? I have noticed with my pellet stove if I pull fresh air from outside I get a burn pot that is much dirtier than if I use fresh air from inside. My glass also stays way cleaner with inside air.

  • @xxFeFFxx Mine was due because the stove was dirty. The manual says I'm suppose to clean the stove once a day but, that's too much work. I usually run it for about 5 to 7 days. If it gets bad then i stop it and clean it. Pretty much take a soft brush and dust all the ash out of it. I take the metal basket where the pellets reside and scrub it clean so it can breath better and its able to remove ash around. Sometimes the pellets turn into charcoal so I use a screw driver to pry it off.

  • I'm having similar problems with my summer heat 55-sphah. Let me know. I've tried call the manafacture and playing with the settings... Nothing
