This isokinetic at swim bench rotates (se more at Tropicalpenguin.com), allowing real time coaching at the correct angles with accommodating resistance just like water as the swimmer's limb accelerates. In this real coaching session, Steve Friederang helps the swimmer find her stroke. In future session he calls out her power readouts, uses a mirror and her underwater video, and shows her her graph of improvement in race times. He also uses the Achiever to analyze every inch of her stroke for power and acceleration.
