This is a silent film about Liu Fu, a Chinese rickshaw driver who immigrated to Soviet Union. He lives in Khabarovsk and is able to enjoy the amazing industrial, agricultural and military achievements that the Soviet Union provides for its workers.

Scenes: Khabarovsk: bank's building, newly renovated streets and buildings. Auto repair plant, oil refinery. The Headquarters for the Special Red Far-Eastern Army. Red Army soldiers' parade on May 1st on the streets of Khabarovsk. Lyu Foo, a member of the Communist Party and a kolkhoz worker in a kolkhoz named after the Kanton Commune, works in the field and then marches in May 1st Demonstration.
