A very emotional, personal recording of a US Marine Rifle squad under mortar fire. Recorded during the attack from inside a very small room while they are packed together with barely any real cover, presumably the only shelter while on patrol. One of the Marines seems to be scared out of his wits, practically delirious, while another Marine prays. The blast from the mortar can be seen inside the room. Intense, emotional video.

I've deployed four times and am an E-5. I've engaged enemy targets lobbing mortar shells. The worst part about this video is this insurgent doesn't know exactly where they are. Because if he did, somebody would seriously be fucked up. Like we always say: "Get the fuck out of the killzone and kill this bastard."
