Jason & Sam 11-13-09

Jason admits to Sam that he is afraid Sonny will ask him to make an example of someone to show Joey Limbo and Sonnys other enemies that Sonny means business. But if Jason does what Sonny asks, he fears that Michael will think he is a hypocrite. Sam offers a suggestion: What if Sonny asks someone else to do it? Well, Jason is relieved later when Sonny tells him that he plans to work with Joey Limbo to cut Anthony out of the picture entirely.

These scenes are some of my favorites. I know there is no kissing and such. But Jason actually talking to Sam about his business with little filter goes to show how much he relies her ... trusts her. And Sam's understanding shows how well matched she is for him. None of Jason's other women could have participated in such a conversation.

I think the conversation proves how JaSam is a unit; that their relationship is more than "lust."
