@MsSimpsonizer143 Here's a bit of a long story for you:
Brenda gives Grissom a cryptic clue about 'the buffalo' which is a buffalo pendant that her sister Tina's father wore around his neck when he sexually abused her. We also find out that Tina is Brenda's mother due to the sexual abuse, and because of the indifference of her mother, her father and her two brothers Tina killed them all and left Brenda alive.
