MCpatcher says

your minecraft.jar appears to be an older version or is already modded.

if you are using other mods, it is highly recommended that you install them via

MCPatcher instead.

-close MCPatcher.

-delete both minecraft.jar and minecraft1.1.jar

-re-download the game using the launcher etc...........

what i do know? when i start the game with the texture pack its has really bad lag as if it is not installed correctly.

Yay, I got it to work thanks to this tutorial :D
