Not my intention to disrespect you with my comment.Your form on lunges and height of jump squats MAYBE need improvement.You are probably a power athlete( a lifter or footballer) doing this for GPP purposes. To answer your question I am from Croatia...boxing background,right now focusing on playing pick-up basketball and getting a 100 kg snatch. Dont mind my criticism..its just my nature..I am probably a bag of shit compared to you in overall athleticism!

    This guy is not in good shape.He is not in bad shape either,but he probably is a power athlete.Any decent shaped boxer would do that with no problem.

  • I'm an endurance athlete and I'm damn impressed you completed the matrix. It's tough for ANYONE, but really tough for a big dude. Keep at it and you'll be knocking it out in 2 minutes. All respect due.

  • Man i give you all the respect on doing your best. i know this video is old but hey we all cant have perfect form all the time. im going to do this exercise for the first time today and im probably going to fall on my butt. but i will get up and finish it. im 42years old 235 lbs and 5'9" .. would love to get down to 205 lbs. take care and be strong.

  • Killer w/o... If I were just starting these though, I'd start with a do-able number and work on the form, rather than risk injury to the knees. Good form should be learned first with any exercise, just my .02. Thanks for the video of how they are done bro!
