Feral kitten day 2

Caught one of three feral kittens that reside in our backyard. This is day 2 of social interaction, about a couple hours a day. He has really come far. I'd estimate he's somewhere between 2-3 months..could be older, but I'm not sure. He's going to the vet tomorrow to get checked out and I'm sure the vet can determine his age.
He meows when I leave his cage, but he stops after a while when he realizes constant meowing wont give him attention lol Gotta stop habits before they start.

So far his name is Sox, but I still might play with names...Sox is a bit generic and overused..Cute, but not all that unique.

As proof that this guy was in fact feral, here's a pic of him with his mom and siblings before she was taken by animal control and before I stepped in to care for them.

The top right one is of him hiding under the barn everytime he saw me.

He was in fact a feral cat. He was born under our barn with his 2 brothers, wild as can be. Afraid of people and any strange noise. Their mother was the same way. Wouldn't get within 20 feet of us.

Their mother was picked up by animal control and I socialized them a little each day.

The one on one attention for multiple hours a day after catching this guy made him like this.

I have photos of him and his siblings before I caught him as proof.

Yea...the smart ones realize in a few hours that your not going to eat them...but instead feed them..so they tend to warm up to you quickly.....=)
